DKP is gained boss kills (fixed value) and for hourly participation on new bosses (fixed too). Killing a boss for the first time (guild first time) is double DKP.
It's still one time silent bids, with different values (to avoid fractions). You can NOT go into negatives. Ties are dealt with by Rank then current DKP.
